Promoting to the Workforce

After obtaining support from senior management and other key areas of your organization, you will need to devise a promotion campaign to encourage the levels of participation that will help you achieve your goals. If your organization has an internal corporate communications and/or marketing department, consider seeking their guidance and help promoting the program to your workforce.

Once you have all the promotional materials ready to go, consider launching your program during direct deposit month or during a pre-planned company event where all or most of your employees will be present. And of course, add these promotional materials to your other new hire documents and include them in your established new hire process.
