There are a number of issues to consider before launching a paycard program within your organization. These include selecting the paycard vendor that best meets the needs of your organization and its employees, deciding what type of paycard to offer, deciding whether to eliminate paper paychecks in the states that permit purely electronic pay, and establishing the process for enrolling employees in the program. Once you have considered these and other details of your program, you will need to establish the roles and responsibilities of each party involved in implementing and maintaining the program.
